If you'd like to choose your own room or stay for a longer period, it is best to book directly with us. We do offer cheaper nightly rates the longer you stay and free stays for your furry friend.

You will receive an email confirmation when you have made your booking online. You can always contact the team at the White Horse Inn directly if you are at all uncertain.

Please contact the team at the White Horse Inn directly should you need to cancel your reservation. We will of course always look to support your needs.

You may make a reservation request by calling us on 01768 779883 or emailing us at info@thewhitehorseinn-blencathra.co.uk. Upon confirmation of the booking we normally ask for a deposit over the phone with a credit or debit card or, if you would prefer, a cheque in the post.

Check in at the bunkhouse is normally at 3pm. Should you need to check in earlier, please contact the team at the White Horse Inn to make special arrangements. We ask all customers to check out by 11am.
